The Binnenhof is the inner court area adjacent to the Dutch Parliament in the Hague. The buildings located on the courtyard include the Ridderzaal (King's Hall) and Parliament Buildings. The Binnenhof has been the centre of Dutch political power for centuries. The Staten-Generaal (legislature) has governed from the Binnenhof since 1446.
